We play a key role in guiding colleagues through innovation & design activity at Bromford; coaching them to feel confident in using the tools and techniques associated with service design and human-centered design.

We drive design activity which we believe could offer high value returns to the business, either financial or social, in order to inform strategy as well as follow it; integrating the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.

We provide leaders with a vision and plan for implementing novel approaches which have not be tried by Bromford before; providing vision statements which form the basis of decision making and a platform for future development activity.

We ensure that new solutions conform to our design principles and review existing solutions to ensure they are hitting the mark.

We believe that by placing people at the centre of our designs we will always arrive at solutions which are feasible, viable and most important of all to our colleagues and customers, desirable.
