Developed over five years leading innovation efforts within Bromford our Drive product is our bread-and-butter. No tool is off the table as we apply the full design process to accelerate new ideas to their inevitable conclusion in a safe-to-fail sandbox environment. Problem definition and root cause analysis, ideation, prototyping then testing and piloting (where neccessary) all add confidence that the outcome was the right one, even if that was to go back to the drawing board.

Drive concepts typically form a specialist team of subject matter experts who remain engaged with lab throughout the innovation process.
