Sometimes we all need a fresh pair of eyes.

Getting so invested in a service, product or solution, as to no longer notice inherent or emerging flaws, is one of the main reasons our ideas can go south. Working closely with the sponsor and key players, we ensure the approach being reviewed is well defined - viable, desirable and feasible - and consistent with our design principles. Our role is not only to spot potential weaknesses, but also promote the strengths and leverage them for maximal effect. Where there are gaps in our understanding, we’ll make recommendations to bridge them.

Following our review sponsors can request our other innovation products, as needed.

Online repairs reporting

One of the most important capabilities of our online portal (currently in development) will be customers raising their own repairs. Seeing an opportunity, we front loaded the design process with visual prototypes in order to raise and remediate key user experience and system engineering challenges.

Refreshing The Bromford DNA

Bromford have an ‘organisational DNA’ to define the culture and values of the organisation. Following the partnerships with Merlin and Severn Vale Housing Associations we wanted to create a unique vision that colleagues from all three organisations could get behind and support.
