All of the concepts we work on eventually reach one of three conclusions. When we've approved something, demonstrated value and recommend that it's taken forward by the business we'll release it from our pipeline. If we can see promise, but it's not quite the right time for an idea to be implemented we'll shelve it. Or, if it's just a bad idea, we'll kill it before it mutates into an over-sized zombie project.
Our success is not simply defined by the amount of concepts released into the business, but also the number of bad idea's we've killed before they have grown too big and the number of concepts we shelve for later, if we're not ready for them.
