This provocative session will be hosted by Shirley Ayres , founder of the Connected Care Network, and Tony Stacey , CEO of South Yorkshire Housing and Chair of the highly influential PlaceShapers network.

Questions we'll be considering:

What could truly connected care look like if we acted more collectively?
How can we accelerate cultural transformation and innovation?
Can digital apps help us focus more holistically on the end user - blurring the boundaries between our sectors?
