Designing Customer Focused Packages for Fuel Poverty

The lab is holding a session on Monday between 12pm and 2pm to design what kind of service package we could give to customers at risk of fuel poverty.

We are focussing on two specific groups:

  • Customers aged 65 and older who live alone
  • Families with children under the age of five

Why? Well, these represent significant proportions of those at risk. By trying to design solutions that fit everybody we risk solving things for no-one.

In preparation for the session we've opened a google doc. for anyone to post ideas of what the offer could look like.

The session will be live blogged and by the end of it we hope to have two prototype service packages we can take to test.
