Tom Hartland - Design Architect
Tom joined Bromford five years ago, right at the start of the lab. The skills and experience he brings from engineering, product development and project management roles have been key to developing our innovation methodology. Tom is reasonably good at getting himself injured on either a rock face or a motorbike and adept at writing in third person.

Katie Fletcher - Lab Connector
Katie helps with the daily running of the Lab and acts as the connector across Innovation and Design and Strategic Insight. She has a degree in Graphic Communication and illustration and is passionate about things looking right. When a concept needs actioning, that's where she comes in, as an implementor. Katie ensures that projects runs to deadlines and timescales and she likes to makes stuff happen!
