February is a transitional month in the Lab. We are getting ready to release (or kill) concepts that we drew to a close in January - and we are gearing up to begin a whole new cycle in March.
We learned a lot from the last cycle - both good and bad - which we'll share in due course. However we did feel the benefit of focusing on a wicked problem and then linking up existing activities before innovating around the gaps and pain points.
A wicked problem is a problem that is difficult or impossible to solve because of incomplete, contradictory, and changing requirements that are often difficult to recognise.
So what's the next wicked problem? We reveal it exclusively here..
